📍 About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and student-friendly Telecalling Counsellors who can guide students & parents about our programs (CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, BBA, MBA, Law & other entrance exams).

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students & parents from the provided database.

• Explain Career Launcher programs clearly and confidently.

• Understand the student’s academic background and suggest the right course.

• Schedule counseling sessions and follow-up calls regularly.

• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversions on CRM.

• Coordinate with center teams for walk-ins, demos, and enrollments.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for leads & conversions.

🎯 Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English).

• Confident personality and friendly behaviour with students & parents.

• Ability to understand student needs and guide them properly.

• Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM/WhatsApp).

• Prior experience in telecalling/counseling (preferred but not mandatory).

• Freshers can also apply.
