We are looking for an experienced Collection Team Leader (Telecalling) to manage and lead a team of 5–10 telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly collection targets, handling escalated customer calls for negotiation and settlement, and building a high-performing collection team.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5–10 collection telecallers.
Handle 50–100 calls per day for payment negotiations and settlements.
Ensure the team achieves a minimum monthly collection target of ₹8–10 lakhs.
Monitor daily performance, call quality, and recovery reports.
Guide and train team members on collection techniques and communication skills.
Hire and build your own telecalling team as required.
Maintain proper MIS reports and share daily/weekly updates with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
1–3 years of experience in loan collection / recovery (banking, NBFC, or fintech sector preferred).
Background in loan collections / debt recovery / recovery process preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
