The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers for overdue payments through outbound calls and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound collection calls in a professional manner to customers in Marathi, and when required, in Hindi/English.

• Remind customers of pending payments and negotiate repayment terms.

• Maintain and update records of calls and customer responses in the system.

• Handle objections and ensure customer concerns are addressed.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Coordinate with the internal finance or recovery team as needed.
