Job Description: Collections Assistant
Responsibilities
Conduct pre-disbursement calling to verify and confirm customer details before loan disbursement.
Perform welcome calling to onboard new customers and ensure they understand key loan terms and support channels.
Handle customer service calls, addressing queries, concerns, and providing accurate information.
Make due-date reminder calls to ensure timely payments and reduce delinquency.
Carry out calling for journey-stuck cases, assisting customers who are unable to proceed with any step of the loan process.

Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed call documentation.
Understanding of payment processing procedures and customer communication protocols.
Strong verbal communication, clarity, and active listening skills.
Ability to follow scripts and adhere to established procedures.
Patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with customers in challenging situations.
Consistent and reliable attendance with a strong sense of punctuality..
Education
Minimum 12th pass
Basic excel Knowledge.
