GFE is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales and a passion for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections professionally.
Maintain sales reports and communicate progress to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of CRM software and MS Office tools.
