Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the centre
- Ensure excellent customer service and support
- Oversee administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping
- Utilize technology for efficient communication and bulk messaging
- Drive centre performance and achieve targets
-Responsible for entire Centre Operations and managing the team
-Responsible for conversions and admissions for workshops
-Single point of contact for Students and team
-Mentor and coach the team
-Responsible for Profit & Loss of Centre
