Strong knowledge of current job market trends and hiring processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with job portals, recruitment tools, and networking platforms.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle career-related queries.
0–3 years of experience in career counseling, HR, recruitment, or education consulting.
Exposure to IT & Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
