We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the recruitment and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client acquisition, business growth, and talent solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in permanent staffing, contractual staffing, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
Generate leads through networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate HR teams, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and potential business areas.
Prepare and maintain reports of client meetings, proposals, and closures.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, HR, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within Recruitment / Staffing / HR Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and client hiring processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online networking (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
