Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales / Business Development Executive to support our business expansion across North India. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining services, and generating qualified leads through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Generate leads and conduct timely follow-ups

• Present and explain company services professionally

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

• Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up reports

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Graduation in any stream

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or BDE

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
