Neelgiri Machinery Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling our machinery and industrial solutions to other businesses.
Identify and approach potential B2B clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machinery and auxiliary solutions.
Schedule and conduct product presentations and face-to-face meetings with business clients.
Collaborate with the technical and production teams to provide accurate quotations and timelines.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company policies.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and follow-ups systematically.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Technical background preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales (preferably in industrial machinery, tools, or manufacturing products).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical understanding of machinery.
Must be open to travel for client visits and industry events.
