BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
KEY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's revenue and profitability.
2. Identify and build relationship with potential client, partners, and stakeholder.
3. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
4. Develop proposals and presentation to pitch the product and services to potential clients.
5.Collaborate with cross - functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
6. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
7. Analyze and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the organization's brand.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience of 1 year in business development or tele sales.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft office CRM software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
