Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive at Magneq Software, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and promoting our IT training and Staffing solutions. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads, convert prospects into clients, and support revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach (cold calling, emails, social media).
Understand client needs and pitch suitable training solutions or services.
Schedule meetings and product demos with decision-makers.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign alignment and lead nurturing.
Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-up actions.
Support proposal creation, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and Magneq's offerings.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu & English preferred).
Ability to sell tech-based solutions effectively.
Basic understanding of IT training, or tech education.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any Degree.
Understanding of the local and global IT education market.
