Key Responsibilities :
Identify decision-makers and explain the relevance of legal services based on business needs.
Generate interest and schedule appointments for the senior sales or legal advisory team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and appointments scheduled in the CRM or Excel.
Ensure high-quality data collection, verification, and communication throughout.
Follow call scripts and adapt naturally based on the flow of conversation.
Coordinate regularly with the senior team to ensure a seamless handover of verified leads.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging clients.
Basic understanding of legal documentation is a plus (not mandatory).
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools for record-keeping.
Ability to follow process and maintain quality standards.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn legal service offerings.
