As a Sales Executive / Lighting Consultant, you will represent Harold’s premium brand experience — guiding clients through lighting concepts, design possibilities, and luxury product selections.
You’ll engage with qualified leads provided by the company — typically architects, and interior designers — and offer them tailored lighting solutions through calls, video meetings, or in-person consultations.
· Connect with qualified leads (no cold calling) to understand their lighting needs.
· Provide consultative sales support, recommending decorative and architectural lighting options suited to the client’s space and design intent.
· Build relationships with architects, designers, and builders.
· Offer paid site visits or invite clients to experience our lighting centers.
· Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, or walk-ins.
· Confidently close high-ticket sales and identify upselling opportunities.
· Coordinate with design, logistics, and production teams for seamless client experience.
· Maintain follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
