Key Responsibilities:

·         Work effectively on provided leads and convert them into confirmed orders.

·         Prepare and present sales proposals by gaining a strong understanding of the products and pricing structure.

·         Make a minimum of 80 effective calls daily, including cold calls, to generate new business opportunities.

·         Meet monthly sales and collection targets as assigned.

·         Build and maintain a strong customer base of at least 500 clients to ensure long-term growth and performance consistency.

·         Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.

Skills & Competencies:

·         Strong communication and persuasive skills.

·         Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

·         Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM usage.

·         Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and performance orientation.
