JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Education: Graduate
Age: 30 to 35 years
Preferred Candidate: Female
Experience: 2 to 5 years
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead conversion, cold calling, and relationship building with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Work effectively on provided leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Prepare and present sales proposals by gaining a strong understanding of the products and pricing structure.
Make a minimum of 80 effective calls daily, including cold calls, to generate new business opportunities.
Meet monthly sales and collection targets as assigned.
Build and maintain a strong customer base of at least 500 clients to ensure long-term growth and performance consistency.
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM usage.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and performance orientation.
