Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of Kris Kross software products and their features.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Customer Engagement:
Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of Kris Kross software.
Listen to customer requirements and tailor product presentations to address their specific needs.
Quotation and Proposal:
Prepare and present accurate and compelling quotations based on customer requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals that align with customer expectations.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Provide ongoing support and information to customers throughout the sales process.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales campaigns.
Closing Deals:
Employ effective negotiation techniques to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Work closely with the customer to address any concerns or objections and provide solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal progress.
Ensure all required documentation is completed promptly.
Qualifications:
