Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role is focused on converting qualified leads into successful business deals by handling negotiations, addressing client queries, and ensuring a smooth sales closure process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with qualified leads and prospects to drive them towards final conversion.
• Conduct product/service presentations and address client requirements effectively.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure win-win outcomes. • Follow up with potential clients regularly to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth handover after closure.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and closed deals in CRM.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and agreements for closed sales.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly closure targets set by the management.
• Provide feedback on client objections, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Build long-term relationships with clients for upselling and repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or business development (closure experience is a must).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
