Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base within the clinical research and bioinformatics education sector.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities. Provide valuable insights to guide the strategic direction of the institute.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients, showcasing our educational programs. Negotiate and close agreements to secure new business.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies that drive business growth and enhance client engagement.
Client Support & Satisfaction: Ensure that clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Targets & KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving the overall success of the business development efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience within the education or training industry is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English (English is mandatory) Kannada and any 2 regional language .
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and persuade effectively.
Self-Motivated: Highly driven with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Location: Based in Bangalore, or willing to relocate to the Jayanagar area.
