Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (Telesales) to generate leads, schedule client meetings, and build relationships over the phone. Focus on lead generation and setting appointments.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls and emails and other channels.
• Schedule meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
• Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into prospects.
• Meet daily/weekly lead generation and meeting targets.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in telesales or lead generation (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, target-driven, and proactive.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
