Job Title: Business Development Executive
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage with US Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1 Vendors to understand their staffing requirements.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.

• Work primarily on contractual staffing requirements.

• Identify and generate new leads/requirements while maintaining strong relations with existing clients.

• Proactively generate requirements through cold calling, cold e-mailing and other outreach methods.

• Analyse client requirements, match them with suitable candidates, and present profiles based on technical skills, rates, and location preferences.
