About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Pre-IPO Advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, and selling pre-IPO investment opportunities and related advisory services to HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential investors interested in pre-IPO or unlisted equity opportunities.

• Pitch and explain investment opportunities in companies approaching IPO stage.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments.

• Collaborate with the research and advisory team to prepare client presentations and investment proposals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on upcoming IPOs, valuation trends, and market dynamics.

• Represent the company at financial events, webinars, and investor meets.

Requirements

• Should have completed either HSC or Graduation.

• 1–7 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, investment advisory, or stockbroking.

• Strong understanding of private equity, unlisted shares, and capital markets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
