Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team at Maidvy. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements for domestic help services, explaining our service offerings, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

• Handle incoming inquiries related to maid services, baby caretakers, cooks, and domestic help.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service options.

• Explain pricing, process, and company policies clearly and professionally.

• Coordinate with the Allocation Team for profile sharing and finalization.

• Maintain call records, daily follow-ups, and sales updates.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the team.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in telesales or customer service.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-based environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Calling Tools).

• Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
