Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our Domestic Voice Process Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers over calls, promoting services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain products and services effectively.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil.

• Basic English communication preferred.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Experience of 0 to 1 year in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales will be an added advantage.
