We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our UK Property Management campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into clients for property letting and management services in the UK.
Engage with property owners, landlords, and tenants via phone/email to promote property management solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Explain service offerings clearly and persuasively to UK-based clients.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and call data.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for conversions and appointments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
0–2 years of sales or telesales experience, preferably in UK campaigns or real estate/property management.
Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral or British accent.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with UK geography and rental/property terms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle sales objections effectively.
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
UK Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
(Monday to Friday)
