• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
• Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers
• Meet individual and collective revenue targets by suggesting appropriate offerings basis customer need and potential
• Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages
• Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew
• Strictly adhere to the process requirements
• Strictly adhering to the process and quality requirement
• Document call information according to standard operating procedures
• Input appropriate dispositions for the call transactions in the CRM
• Ensure all disciplinary and call input parameters are met daily
