Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing unit as an Enquiry Management Executive. This role involves handling customer inquiries, supporting pre-sales activities, providing product information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely response to client queries. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person (IN-BOND & OUT-BOND Calls).
· Maintain records of all enquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
· Support pre-sales activities including lead qualification, sharing product catalogues, and initial proposal preparation.
· Coordinate with sales and store teams to provide accurate information.
· Assist customers with product details, pricing, and availability.
· Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
· Generate enquiry reports and share insights with the sales and Management team.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
