We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold-calling.
Introduce company products/services, explain features, and handle objections professionally.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Record accurate information about customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Stay informed on product features, company policies, and market trends.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
