Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic Telesales Executives to handle outbound sales and customer engagement across multiple financial and insurance processes. The role involves direct interaction with customers to promote and process various banking and investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for:
Vehicle Loans
SAVRM (Savings Relationship Management)
Mutual Funds
Motor Vehicle Insurance
Personal Loans
Other Banking Products
Explain product details and benefits clearly and convincingly
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain accurate records
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Adhere to compliance and quality standards
Requirements:
Prior telesales or BPO experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Good understanding of financial products is a plus.
