We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller – Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product features, resolving queries, and converting leads into sales. This role is crucial in expanding our presence in both domestic and international markets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads (provided by the company or sourced through campaigns)
Explain product offerings related to astrological and gemstone-based imitation jewellery
Answer customer queries regarding product use, benefits, pricing, and delivery
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders or appointments
Maintain follow-ups with interested clients through calls or WhatsApp
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for smooth customer service
Handle international leads (training provided, if required)
Assist in after-sales service and collect feedback to improve customer experience
10+2 or Graduate in any field
1–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of astrology or gemstones is a plus (training will be provided)
Comfortable with computers, WhatsApp Business, and basic MS Excel
Positive attitude and goal-driven mindset
Must be proactive and willing to learn
