Job Summary:
The Telecaller – Bank Recovery is responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan or credit payments, reminding them of their pending dues, explaining repayment options, and ensuring timely collection. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and customer handling ability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calling & Follow-Up
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs, credit cards, personal loans, gold loans, business loans, etc.
Remind customers about due dates and outstanding payments.
Maintain daily call logs and follow-up schedules.
2. Recovery & Collection
Convince customers to make payments and close pending dues.
Provide repayment options such as part-payment, settlement, restructuring, etc.
Coordinate with field collection agents for visits when required.
Ensure monthly recovery targets are achieved.
3. Customer Handling & Query Resolution
Handle customer objections professionally.
Provide account information, outstanding balance, and penalty details.
Resolve customer queries related to repayment or bank procedures.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Update the system with call notes, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on recovery status.
Maintain confidentiality of customer details and adhere to bank compliance.
5. Compliance & Process Adherence
Follow RBI guidelines and bank norms related to recovery and collections.
Ensure no abusive language or unethical pressure tactics are used.
Maintain professional behavior during customer interactions.

Education & Experience:
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: 0–3 years (Experience in banking/NBFC recovery preferred)
Languages: Local language + Hindi/English as required
Salary Range:
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depends on location and experience) + incentives
