We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele caller Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound/Inbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners to sell our products/services, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
· Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners.
· Sell products/services, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
3. Customer Service:
· Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
· Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
4. Data Management:
· Accurately update customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and pricing.
5. Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with team members to share best practices, ideas, and feedback.
· Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
2. Experience: Min - 06 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
3. Skills:
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Strong sales and customer service skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
4. Language: Fluency .
