Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers..

• Explain company services and convince and make a follow - up call.

• Maintain records of calls and customer responses.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead conversions.

• Collaborate with the teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications and Communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Cold Calling.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Quick Learner
