Key Responsibilities (Based on Role):
Handle inbound or outbound calls for sales, retention, insurance, or customer support.
Persuade or assist customers with queries, renewals, collections, or complaints.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for sales or call quality.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM.
Follow compliance guidelines and quality benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Age Limit: 18 to 34 years
Gender: Male & Female candidates eligible
Experience:
Freshers welcome
6+ months experience preferred in Sales, Customer Service, or Insurance
Languages:
English: Average to Good communication required
Gujarati: Required for LG Inbound Process
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge necessary for CRM handling

Shift Timings (Rotational Day Shifts):
08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
(SBI Process Only): 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
(BAGIC Process): 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Rotational / Fixed Sunday off (based on process)
Salary Structure (In-hand):
₹13,000/- to ₹18,000/- per month
Process-wise:
Airtel Retention: ₹14,750/-
BAGIC: ₹16,000/-
SBI Insurance: ₹13,000/- (Fresher), ₹16,000/- (Experienced)
IDFC Collection: Up to ₹13,000/-
Tata CFAB / LG / OneAssist: ₹16,000/- to ₹18,000/- (Lingual roles)
