4. Meet targets: Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.

5. Update CRM: Update the CRM system with call logs, meeting schedules, and client

interactions.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with

the ability to effectively engage with potential clients.

2. Sales experience: Prior experience in sales or telesales, preferably in the interiors or

FMCG industry.

3. Target-driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a sales

environment.

4. Strong work ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high

level of productivity.

5. Basic knowledge of CRM: Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to update and

manage client data.
