Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain a database of customer information and interactions
Explain the company's products/services and answer questions from clients.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
