Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The role involves team supervision, process improvement, client communication, and assisting in strategic decision-making to improve overall efficiency and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations and administration.

Manage and supervise front-office staff, counsellors, and support teams.

Monitor student admission, counselling, and enrolment processes.

Liaise between academic faculty, counsellors, and management to ensure seamless communication.

Address and resolve student and parent queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Assist with marketing, outreach programs, and student engagement initiatives.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping across all departments.

Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and events.
