About the Role:

The Stock Market Manager role is a strategic position within our advisory firm, ideal for candidates with experience or a deep interest in stock market analysis and client portfolio management. You will be leading client interactions, managing investment strategies, ensuring high-quality advisory delivery, and contributing to revenue growth. This is a target-driven and performance-based role with significant learning and leadership opportunities in the fast-evolving financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and manage clients with their stock market portfolios.

• Understand individual financial goals and provide customized advisory solutions.

• Conduct market research and share real-time insights with clients.

• Manage a team of junior analysts or business development executives, if applicable.

• Drive conversions by educating clients on advanced plans and long-term services.

• Engage existing clients for renewals, upselling, and consistent support.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, portfolio performance, and service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or any relevant discipline (MBA/Finance preferred).

• 1 to 4 years of experience in stock market advisory, trading, or financial services.

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of stock market dynamics.

• Confident communicator with persuasive client-handling abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic stock analysis platforms.

• Ability to meet deadlines and performance targets.
