Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dedicated Female Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in client communication, travel arrangements, package coordination, and customer support, ensuring that every guest enjoys a smooth and fulfilling pilgrimage experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in booking Umrah and Hajj packages.
Provide detailed guidance and support regarding travel itineraries, visas, and religious requirements.
Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service follow-ups.
Support the marketing team in promoting tour packages (optional).
Requirements:
Female candidate, preferably with experience in travel/tourism or customer service.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
Polite, patient, and empathetic nature, especially when dealing with pilgrims.
Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
