The role involves handling front office responsibilities, administration, managing admissions, and completion of registration hence providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle front office operations, including reception, telephone, incoming inquiry calls, messages and email management

·         Manage admissions, including responding to inquiries, processing applications, and coordinating with students and/or parents

·         Provide exceptional customer service to students and/or parents, and visitors/direct candidates/students

·         Develop and maintain coordination’s with students, parents, and other stakeholders

·         Perform other administrative tasks as required
