Position: Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales
Location: Kolkata
Experience: Freshers to 6+ years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport with prospective learners via phone and digital platforms

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication

• Accurately maintain records of leads, interactions, and conversions

Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome!

• 6 months to 6+ years of experience in B2C Sales, EdTech, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, or Telesales

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within a team

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Part of CTC ₹6,00,000 per annum)

• Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 based on performance
