• Connect to prospective students and parents and provide them with information about our educational courses and programs
• Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other sources
• Address any queries or concerns that the customers may have about our courses, pricing, and other related topics
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our courses and programs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
