Key Responsibilities

Counsel students/parents and convert leads into admissions

Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally

Maintain student records through CRM and ERP systems

Build strong relationships for referrals and feedback

Participate in training and contribute to team goals

Support day-to-day admission and administrative tasks
