• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel tools).
