· Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
· Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
· Providing timely and accurate information to prospective students about the admission process, courses, and other relevant details.
· Understanding the student requirements and guiding them to the right programmes fitting his/her requirement.
· Converting inquiries into admissions.
· Handling Walk-ins.
· Maintaining a database of potential leads and following up on them regularly.
· Providing reports to the management as and when required.
· Working towards meeting individual and team admission goals.
· Managing the marketing activities of the organization
· Coordinating promotional activities and events
· Maintaining comprehensive records of the marketing activities
· Lead Generation and Prospecting:
o Identifying and qualifying leads through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, online research, and referrals.
o Generating new business opportunities by initiating contact with potential clients and partners.
· Handling vendors or data partners, consultants, mobilisers and maintaining good relations with them to get data and admissions.
· Supporting and assisting in all other works related to the smooth functioning of the organization.
