We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable academic programs, handling admissions, and ensuring a smooth student experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and their parents regarding courses, admission process, and career opportunities.

• Manage inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and digital platforms.

• Convert leads into admissions by explaining program benefits and career prospects.

• Maintain student records and follow up with leads for enrolment.

• Coordinate with faculty and management to ensure smooth academic operations.

• Participate in student engagement activities, workshops, and seminars.

• Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management/Arts preferred).

• Prior experience in academic counselling, student support, or admissions will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
