Join our team as a dedicated Academic Counsellor with a strong background in B2C at Dream Medicine Educon Private Limited in Lucknow, Vibhuti Khand. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹20000 in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.
