🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses

• Handle walk-ins and telephonic/online enquiries

• Explain course features, career opportunities, and admission process

• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions

• Maintain data in CRM

• Meet monthly counselling and admission targets

• Build lasting rapport with students and parents

🧠 Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven

• Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/computers

• Ability to work under pressure
