Job Role Overview

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Ratlam center. Your primary responsibilities will include telecalling potential students, explaining the benefits of Jobsense courses, and counselling them to enroll for training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated via campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins

• Explain various training programs offered by Jobsense in a clear and confident manner

• Understand student career goals and suggest the most suitable course

• Convince students/parents about the course benefits, certifications, placements, and fees

• Follow up regularly to close admissions and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain detailed records of conversations, enquiries, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with the center head and trainers for demo sessions or course information

• Participate in local college events, career guidance programs, and offline promotion activities

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi must, basic English preferred)

• Confident personality with a sales/counselling mindset

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and Google Forms

• Ability to meet daily calling and monthly admission targets

• Passion for helping students with career growth

Preferred Skills

• Experience in counselling, telecalling, or education sales

• Familiarity with career courses like Digital Marketing, Web Design, Programming, etc.

• Local candidates from Ratlam preferred
