About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2 Wheeler Electric Vehicle Technician to join our team at ElectricPe. You will be responsible for repairing, installing, replacing, and servicing electric 2-wheelers and related systems. This includes diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring vehicles meet our high safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, repair, or replace faulty components in electric 2-wheelers, including battery systems, motors, wiring, and controllers.

Assemble, calibrate, and test vehicle parts to ensure proper functionality.

Read and follow technical manuals, repair guides, and wiring diagrams.

Work closely with other team members to diagnose complex issues and develop solutions.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, service reports, and preventative maintenance schedules.

Source spare parts, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare cost estimates before work begins.

Keep updated on industry advancements, tools, and repair techniques through training and workshops.

Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and company quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in EV maintenance, automobile repair, or similar technical roles.

Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems, battery management, and troubleshooting methods.

Ability to multitask and explain technical issues to non-technical team members or customers.

Familiarity with health & safety standards and repair protocols.

Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation is a plus.
